Harvey Spack Field is pleased to have advised LCP on the successful on-market acquisition of Central 12 Shopping Park in Southport, which is the dominant grocery anchored park in Southport occupying a strategic position within the centre of the town. Key tenants include Asda Superstore, B&M Retail, The Range, Boots UK and Next. We have also been retained to advise on the asset management moving forwards and we look forward to working with LCP on delivering a number of exciting initiatives. Another proud milestone for Harvey Spack Field with Justin Houlihan being promoted to full equity partner. In the 18 months since he joined, Justin has not only advised on a number of high profile investment transactions but also had a significant impact on the firm as a consequence of great client relationships and a tremendous work ethic.
