We’re thrilled to announce that wagamama has signed a 15-year lease for a 3,482 sq ft unit at The Springs retail and leisure centre, right opposite ODEON Cinemas Group, Nando’s UK & IRE and Loungers plc!
This fantastic addition to the thriving destination will bring Wagamama’s delicious pan-Asian cuisine to Leeds, with the new restaurant set to open in October, offering 120 internal covers and 30 external.
Rachel Vickers, senior commercial manager at Scarborough Group International, developer and asset manager of The Springs and Thorpe Park Leeds, said: “We’re delighted to announce that Wagamama is coming to The Springs Leeds. This incredibly popular brand perfectly complements our customer base, enhancing our status as a vibrant destination for food and drink.

Harvey Spack Field are incredibly proud to be working with the Harris Federation creating a bursary ‘Pathway to Property’ that has already helped a young student on their educational journey and career in property.
We are continuing to donate to this amazing cause by helping to fund their newly announced Community Hubs.
Increasingly, since the pandemic more of families are struggling.
Too often, children are coming to school in damaged shoes, in clothes that are too small; children, and families, going hungry; children with no access to toys or books at home. This is why they are opening Community Hubs: so that families in need can come to collect essential items.
Could you, or your company, help?
As well as food, our Community Hubs will stock nappies, toiletries, uniform, clothes, books and toys – so even £50 would make a difference.

Coming from a UK based construction company having started his career working in real estate located in America. He spent 5 years working in both residential and commercial real estate in Florida and Las Vegas after graduating from Eckerd College on the back of achieving a soccer scholarship.
Joining HSF he’s excited to work across the broad variety of projects within HSF on the Retail Asset Management team with some exciting occupiers such as Dominos and SSE EV
When he’s not at work you’ll catch him playing sports, staying active or watching the mighty West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns. Come on West Brom!
