We are delighted to welcome Tom Rose to the Harvey Spack Field Team!
In September 2023, Tom joined us following the completion of his MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. The third Tom, in the HSF team, will be working alongside the Retail Asset Management team, gaining experience dealing with retailers, such as Tapi Carpets & Floors helping them secure new locations.
Tom chose a career in real estate because of its varied and dynamic nature – he looks forward to dealing with a diverse range of clients, and overall has a keen interest in the out-of-town retail sector and cannot wait to get stuck in! Outside of work Tom loves everything sports related, he spends his weekends either playing Hockey, Rugby or recently Padel, and if he is not playing it, he loves to watch Arsenal or Bristol Bears!

There’s been a lot of positive change happening in the centre of Coventry in recent times and Central 6 Shopping Park is no different. After purchasing the scheme in 2021, a decent volume of asset management has been achieved already with plenty more to come. Kudos to the owners AEW and in particular Richard Dunling for leading the charge.

As well as selling carpets, a great focus of his is education where he is Chairman of The Harris Federation, an education Trust comprising 52 academies many of which are in disadvantaged areas of London.
Working with the Federation, it’s a great honour to launch the Harvey Spack Field Pathway to Property Award. Its purpose is to provide ongoing financial support to disadvantaged students pursuing a university degree in real estate as well as summer work experience. We hope through this continued commitment, that we will deliver a positive social impact for many and ease the financial barriers for young people seeking a career in the industry.

Following on from the great strides recently made on the retail element of Greenbridge Retail & Leisure Park, Swindon, Harvey Spack Field are delighted to announce that contracts have now been exchanged with Hollywood Bowl Group Plc to take a new 24,500 sq ft unit on the leisure element of the scheme.
