Harvey Spack Field are delighted to have advised an Institutional Client on the successful acquisition of the Hobart Portfolio.
The Portfolio contains 3 assets; Valentine Retail Park, Lincoln, Boulevard Retail Park, Peterborough and Oldbury Green Retail Park, Oldbury. Together extending to c.380,000 sq ft.
We remain acquisitive for similar stock on behalf of our clients.

A big welcome to our newest recruit Seb Marley!
Coming from a UK based construction company having started his career working in real estate located in America. He spent 5 years working in both residential and commercial real estate in Florida and Las Vegas after graduating from Eckerd College on the back of achieving a soccer scholarship.
Joining HSF he’s excited to work across the broad variety of projects within HSF on the Retail Asset Management team with some exciting occupiers such as Dominos and SSE EV
When he’s not at work you’ll catch him playing sports, staying active or watching the mighty West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns. Come on West Brom!

Excited to share that our retained client, SSE plc has announced a joint venture with TotalEnergies to form ‘Source’. This exciting initiative completely powered by renewable energy really does start to pave the way for a cleaner, greener future for all.
